About

Care has borders. We do not.

Cura Global Technologies builds the network that lets a patient reach the right hospital, wherever it is.

Our mission

We are dedicated to harnessing the power of artificial intelligence and advanced data analytics to bridge and integrate medical resources on a global scale. Our aim is to foster a smarter, more streamlined, and widely accessible healthcare system that benefits everyone, everywhere, by enhancing efficiency and breaking down traditional barriers to medical services.

Our vision

We aspire to evolve into the planet's most reliable and trusted intelligent medical network. By constructing a seamless, borderless global healthcare ecosystem, we strive to overcome geographical limitations and ensure that high-quality medical care is universally available, transforming and unifying health services across all regions and communities.

Patient safety

Safety is the floor, not the feature

Patient safety is the non-negotiable foundation of every service we deliver, embedded into every layer of our cross-border healthcare network.

Every provider is reviewed before listing

We check a provider's registration, the accreditation documents they supply, and the prices they publish, and we suspend providers who behave badly toward patients. That review is not an inspection, an accreditation, or a guarantee of clinical outcome. We do not visit facilities and we do not audit clinical practice.

Specialists are verified before a consultation is scheduled
We maintain a 100% pre-verification policy for practicing specialists in our network, confirming professional credentials, procedure success rates, and patient safety records before any consultation is scheduled.
A named safety officer on every journey
For every treatment journey we assign a dedicated medical safety officer who monitors the full care process, from pre-treatment risk assessment to post-procedure vital sign tracking, to identify and mitigate any potential safety concerns before they become problems.
Disputes have a route, a clock, and an answer
Patients can raise a dispute through the platform, the in-app support portal, or their operations manager, and every submission is acknowledged within one working hour. Our independent team of cross-border medical law experts and neutral medical consultants reviews the records and returns a formal proposal within three working days, or seven for complex medical disputes.
Cura supervises the whole journey
We do not hand you to a hospital and step back. Where something goes wrong we put it right, including free service adjustments, partial or full service refunds, and help with formal medical mediation in the relevant jurisdiction. Your satisfaction is the priority, and the resolution is designed around your rights rather than around the easiest outcome for us.
Insurance cover for the treatment window
All patients are covered by a provider-supplied local medical accident insurance policy, valid for the full duration of treatment and post-operative recovery within the procedure country, covering unforeseen medical complications and the related travel and accommodation costs.
Someone in the room who works for you
Our patient advocacy team acts as an independent representative during interactions with medical institutions, so a concern is heard and answered rather than absorbed. We publish quarterly patient safety reports disclosing aggregate incident rates, dispute outcomes, and the process changes they led to.

The engine underneath

Powered by Cura AI and Cura ML for global expansion, a continuous learning architecture. As we expand our footprint to every city and country around the world, these proprietary frameworks form the core backbone of our scalable, localized intelligent medical network.

Cura AI

Built to adapt to regional healthcare nuances. It automatically localizes medical resource recommendations based on local regulatory standards, common disease prevalence in each region, and patient cultural preferences, from growing language support for 30+ regional dialects to alignment with local insurance coverage policies. Our continuous machine learning buildout trains on anonymized, region-specific medical data, with local medical expert validation for every new market we enter, ensuring our algorithmic recommendations meet both global quality benchmarks and local care requirements.

Cura ML

Powers our end-to-end operational efficiency as we scale. Our predictive routing model automatically connects patients to the nearest qualified medical providers within our network, cutting pre-consultation waiting times by an average of 40% in newly launched markets. Our natural language processing module translates and standardizes medical records across 25+ different regional medical record formats, eliminating manual translation delays and reducing cross-border diagnostic discrepancies.

As we expand to more regions, our ML models self-optimize with every patient interaction, continuously improving the accuracy of treatment plan matching, cost prediction, and post-treatment recovery outcome forecasting for every local population we serve.

Both frameworks operate with strict compliance to regional data privacy regulations, from PIPL in mainland China and the GDPR in the European Union to HIPAA in the United States and local health data laws across emerging markets, ensuring patient data security remains consistent across every market we operate in. As we grow, Cura AI and Cura ML will continue to evolve, making high-quality cross-border healthcare accessible to every patient, no matter where they are located.

Described here as the architecture we are building. What ships today is the booking platform and a self-hosted translation model chosen for medical language.

What we will not do

We do not accept any form of commission or referral fees directly from patients under any circumstances. Furthermore, we have a strict, non-negotiable policy against allocating or referring patients to medical service providers based on which provider offers or pays the highest commission.

Our business model is built on full transparency and fairness: we maintain a single, fixed, and fully standardized commission rate that is disclosed to all of our medical partners upfront, and this rate is charged exclusively to our vetted partnered medical institutions and service providers, never to the patients we assist. Our core role is that of a neutral and impartial facilitator in cross-border medical tourism, and our fundamental commitment is to serving the best interests of the international patient communities we support, ensuring their needs, safety, and care outcomes are always our paramount priority.

We actively foster and uphold a stringent company culture rooted in the highest standards of ethical conduct and unwavering integrity. This commitment stems from the deep, first-hand understanding shared across the entire Cura team: we intimately recognize the physical, emotional, and financial burdens faced by the patients we serve, which drives our relentless focus on compassionate, patient-first care.

Simultaneously, we are acutely aware of a persistent global healthcare disparity. Many excellent local medical providers, despite their exceptional clinical expertise and high-quality care offerings, lack the channels and resources to reach and serve a wider base of underserved patients around the world who stand to benefit greatly from their services. Our platform is built to ethically bridge this gap, creating value for both patients and care providers without compromising our core principles.

Investors

Cura is currently pre-seed, and is willing to talk to any investors as we head towards a Seed A round, as we build out our core technology and establish initial market traction. We have developed a strong founding team with deep expertise in healthcare data analytics and digital patient management, and have already validated our product prototype with several pilot medical institutions.

Our solution addresses a critical unmet need in chronic disease care, improving patient outcomes while reducing administrative burdens for healthcare providers. Early feedback from pilot users has been extremely positive.

We are seeking investors who share our vision of transforming care delivery through technology, and who can bring not only capital but also strategic guidance, industry connections, and operational support to help us scale. We welcome discussions with angel investors, venture capital firms focused on digital health, and strategic investors from the healthcare ecosystem who are looking to back early-stage innovations with high growth potential.

Interested parties can contact our founding team through our official website to schedule a detailed discussion about our business model, market opportunity, and fundraising terms. We are open to different investment structures and are looking to build long-term partnerships that support our growth from pre-seed through our upcoming Series A round and beyond.
